A woman with long, wavy hair, wearing an off-the-shoulder dress, is smiling while holding eggplants in each hand. There are more eggplants and a butternut squash on a cutting board in front of her in a kitchen.

About Robbi

I’ve burned the recipe more than once and had to start over.

I’ve worked in kitchens, built things from scratch, and learned what actually sticks and what doesn’t.

I’m also a single mom to two boys, which means I don’t have time for anything that doesn’t work in real life.

My background

I’m a board-certified wellness and behavior change coach (NBHWC) with a Master’s in Health Science focusing on functional nutrition and behavior change.

Which means I’m not just pulling ideas from the internet. My work is evidence-based and built on actual training.

I’ve worked as a professional chef, published articles on relationships, mindfulness, and spiritual growth, led workshops, spoken on podcasts, and spent years working closely with women navigating everything from hormones to real burnout to traumatic life shifts.

I’m also trained as a master meditation practitioner, trauma release breathwork facilitator, and perinatal mental health specialist.

What I’ve seen is that most people don’t need more information.

They need help making sense of their own lives.

I understand the weight of managing a household, relationships, expectations, and your own needs (which are often somewhere at the bottom of the list).

So the work we do is about getting you out of survival mode and into something that actually feels sustainable.
