A woman with long, wavy hair, wearing an off-the-shoulder dress, is smiling while holding eggplants in each hand. There are more eggplants and a butternut squash on a cutting board in front of her in a kitchen.

About Robbi

I've navigated divorce, career changes, postpartum, an autoimmune condition, and my own relationship with weight.

I've sat in the uncertainty that comes with change, trying to rebuild while life kept moving. That's a perspective no degree alone can provide.

I'm a national board-certified wellness and behavior change practitioner (NBHWC) with a Master's in the Health Sciences focusing on functional nutrition and behavior change. I don’t dish advice I picked up online. It's informed, evidence-based work.

I've worked as a professional chef, trained as a meditation practitioner, and am certified in trauma release breathwork and perinatal mental health.

I've spent years working with women through fertility struggles and postpartum, and with men and women navigating weight loss, burnout, divorce, job loss, and the seasons of life that seem to turn everything upside down.

What I've seen, over and over, is that most people don't need more information.

They need help connecting the dots.

I understand what it's like to juggle work, home, relationships, expectations, and your own needs, usually in that order.

I'm not going to feed you the same recycled coaching B.S. you've already heard a hundred times. Everything I bring you comes from things I've actually lived through, backed by the training to support it. Some of it will feel validating. Some of it might make you uncomfortable.

But they’re called growing pains for a reason. That’s where we find answers.
